Travel Outlook was formed in 2001 to optimize hotel voice reservations revenue and guest satisfaction in a new era of hotel marketing, because multitasking in-house staff cannot maximize room revenues and uninformed, out-of-market call centers cannot provide the right custom response to important clients.

We're unique in that we only charge for consumed rooms, making us an entirely variable expense - the perfect way to expand your reservations department. We do not charge for moves and changes, information calls, or cancellations.

The Travel Outlook team is proven to convert more calls to confirmed bookings and to close them at a higher average daily rate. We also create an initial feeling of professionalism and courtesy for the hotel in the mind of the client, setting the stage for higher ratings in sites such as Tripadvisor®. Our fees are reasonable, typically less than the big-box call centers, depending on call volume to us. The fees for group and travel agent bookings are less. Installation is free if it's completed within 45 days of contact execution. We seamlessly interface with your hotel’s operation, fielding reservation calls as if we are in-house as an extension of your current reservations department.
