We will perform as promised, and we stand by our services. Our standard contract is cancellable with 30 days written notice by either party with or without reason.

We also offer two separate unique guarantees.

Rate Guarantee: Analyzed monthly, we guarantee that our agents will achieve the same or higher Average Daily Rate as your in-house staff, or we will credit the monthly total difference on the reservations we booked for you on our next invoice.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If after 60 days we don't meet your expectations and deliver as promised, you can terminate the contract no questions asked. Any charges for consumed reservations paid during that time will be refunded in full to your hotel. All we ask is to work to fine-tune our working relationship with you during the first two months we work together.
